- 穿透式运营与管理,对行业及行业产业链各端有深刻理解和分析,在此基础上进行客户梳理分类,发掘各端客户的特点和需求,包括对行业发展的周期性、成长性等分析。
在产品组合上提升与行业发展预判及客户真实需求的契合度,实现行业及客户的分类管理;
- 产业链中各端客户及资产的结构合理分布,实行资产管理的专业化;

- 风险与定价的专业化;

综合化经营通常将资产分布在多个行业,有利于风险分散和对宏观经济及各行业的周期性的应对,起到风险对冲,获取市场平均收益率。

- 资产管理的复杂性和滞后性;以上因素综合,在不具备综合化经营条件下,极易积聚风险;不简单的追求形式上的专业化,也不简单否定综合化经营(如银行系租赁公司具备综合化经营条件),做专业化就要做真正的专业化,综合化经营基本适用于银行,尤其是大型商业银行的租赁公司和大型第三方租赁公司。
其余的大部分租赁公司的综合化经营基本是被动式,由此形成规模、risk、收益的不均衡。
