新版《标准》依据人社部下发的《国家职业技能标准编制技术规范(2025版)》的规定,将保安员职业分为五个技能等级:五级/初级工(原初级保安员)、四级/中级工(原中级保安员)、三级/工(原保安员)、二级/技师(原保安师)、一级/技师(原保安师)。

(4)Have a master's degree or above,After obtaining the professional security guard professional qualification certificate,Continuously engaged in this occupation for more than 1 year,Have received formal training in the skills of a professional security manager and have reached the prescribed standard number of hours.,and obtain a certificate of completion。(5)具有15年以上解放军、服役或公安、Safety、trial、Prosecution、Judicial administration work experience。
