注册有限责任公司与注册合伙企业有什么区别我们经常听说的都是有限公司和有限责任公司，合伙企业注册比较少，也少听，到底合伙企业和有限责任公司有什么区别？一、企业设立的依据任何一种法律认可的企业组织形式之所以具有其特质，均非是与生俱来的，而是法律所赋予的。
