中港两地车牌办理指引

细数广东粤港两地可通行的口岸，已有达8个口岸之多，包括今年该开通的莲塘口岸，因此越来越多的中港企业选择在满足条件之后选择办理中港两地车牌。拥有中港两地车牌不仅可以畅行粤港两地，同时也是身份的象征。我们就来介绍一下中港两地车牌办理指引，for reference。

当前中港车牌分为FV车牌与粤Z车牌两种：FV车牌和粤Z车牌。两种车牌办理条件与使用范围均不相同。FV车牌属于内地车入境香港的车牌，政策规定FV车牌可以在大陆全境与香港行政特区合法行驶。粤Z车牌属于香港车入境大陆的车牌，政策规定粤Z车牌可以在广东省内与香港行驶特区合法行驶。

中港两地车牌办理之FV车牌办理条件，目前只有有两种情况可以申请FV车牌：D一种：Registered capital of more than 50 million yuan、Annual sales exceed 50 million yuan、State-owned enterprises with total assets of more than 50 million yuan、collective enterprise。

The second type：Has invested more than HK$10 million in Hong Kong，并在广东省商务厅办理核准手续的国有企业、collective enterprise、private enterprise，可以办理1个内地出港商务车的FV中港车牌。

中港两地车牌办理之粤Z车牌办理条件：从2025年4月15日后重新放宽了粤Z车牌的申请

，政策调整后，可以申请粤Z车牌的一共有4种情况：D一种是在广东省投资的商户，如上一年度在广东省纳税额达15万元人民币以上可以申办一个配额。

第二种是在港工作的中国科学院院士、Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and current president of a university in Hong Kong，and Hong Kong holders of Guangdong Provincial Talent Excellent Guangdong Card A、台和外籍人士。第三种是全国、Delegate to the Guangdong Provincial People's Congress、People from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan who are members of the CPPCC。第四种是海外华人华侨、港澳台同胞捐赠累计金额达300万元人民币，或者社会团体捐赠累计金额达1000万元人民币，也可以申请。

中港两地车牌办理之粤Z车牌

Process

：

1. 向广东省公安厅提交材料
2. 在公安厅网站用公司名称注册账号（一家公司只能注册一次），After successful registration, upload scanned copies of relevant materials，Submit filing application。
3. After the registration application is verified and approved, you will receive an "application serial number"，Use the serial number to make an appointment online to submit industrial and commercial information
4. Depending on the situation, the Public Security Department will conduct on-site inspections or conduct other inspections.

：因为FV车牌多了香港政府这一关，所以申请会复杂一些。
