怎么办理旅行社经营许可证

《旅行社业务经营许可证》申办条件：

1. 注册资本不得少于人民币30万元（认缴制）；
2. Have a fixed business location，That is, the business (non-residential) building that the applicant owns the property rights or rents for a period of not less than 1 year，Able to meet the needs of business operations；
3. 申办旅行社业务经营许可证需要有必要的营业设施，including fax machine、copier、2Office equipment such as linear fixation above the head；
