怎么办理旅行社经营许可证

《旅行社业务经营许可证》申办条件：

1. 注册资本不得少于人民币30万元（认缴制）；
2. 有固定的经营场所，即申请人拥有产权或者申请人租用且租期不少于1年的营业（非住宅）用房，能够满足业务经营的需要；
3. 申办旅行社业务经营许可证需要有必要的营业设施，包括传真机、复印机、2部以上直线固定等办公设备；
4. 申办旅行社业务经营许可证需要具备与旅游行政管理部门及其他旅游经营者联网条件的计算机；
5. 有必要的经营管理人员和导游。

“必要的经营管理人员”是指具有旅行社从业经历或者相关专业经历的经理人员和计调人员;“必要的导游”是指有不低于旅行社在职员工总数20%且不少于3名、与旅行社签订固定期限或者无固定期限劳动合同的持有导游证的导游；

1. 在国家旅游局指定的银行存入设立质量保证金账户，存入20万元质量保证金或申办相应的银行担保。
2. law、行政法规规定的其他条件。

《旅行社业务经营许可证》申办一般所需材料：

1. 公司营业执照复印件加盖公章；
2. Articles of Association；
3. 投保旅行社责任险证明文件；
4. 经理人员和计调人员的任职文件、履历表、身份1证明、劳动合同；
5. 不少于三名导游人员的导游证、身份证、履历表、任职证明、劳动合同；
6. 营业设施、设备证明和说明；
7. 法定代表人和总经理履历表、任职证明及身份1证明；
8. 经营场所租赁合同或房地产权证明；
9. 缴存质量保证金承诺书。
