去年11月1日，深圳地区正式推行《深圳市医疗机构执业登记办法（试行）》，在深圳医疗机构执业许可证办理登记流程上将更为精简、clear。因为居民收入水平的提高，对深圳地区医疗事业的发展有助推作用。

在办理登记注册之前，申请人需要先明确自身所要申请设立的医疗机构类型，因为不同的医疗机构负责登记的部门不同，因此明确申请类型能够少走弯路，提高申请工作的效率。

我国的医疗机构类型大致可以分为十二个大类，其中有七类是由市级的卫生行政主管部门进行医疗机构执业许可证办理登记，分别是以下七种：

2. 社区健康服务中心
3. Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinic
4. Clinic、health center、infirmary、Primary and secondary health care centers、Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinic、Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Clinic、Ethnic medicine clinic、Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinic、Blind Medical Massage Clinic
5. 由区卫生行政主管部门负责执业登记的其他医疗机构。

若为以上几类医疗机构的，可以开始准备相关材料提出申请，一般的受理周期在30日内，during this period，各级卫生行政管理部门可以做出准予或驳回申请等决定，并决定是否予以深圳医疗机构执业许可证的决定。
