Application conditions

1. 设立保安服务公司应当具有法人资格，具有一百万以上的注册资金；

six、Application materials：Apply to establish a security service company，应当向省公安厅行政审批办公室（海口、三亚向所在地市公安局）提交下列材料：

1. Organization structure and security service management system、Job responsibility system、Security guard management system materials；

设区市的公安机关应当自收到设立保安服务公司申请材料之日起15个工作日内，Review the authenticity of materials submitted by applicants，对设立提供武装守护押运和安全技术防范报警监控运营服务的申请，应当对经营场所、设施建设等情况进行现场考察，Confirm whether it is true，并将审核意见报省公安厅审批办。

省公安厅审批办收到设立保安服务公司的申请材料和设区市的公安机关的审核意见后，在15个工作日内作出决定：
