1. Identity certificate of legal representative (copy) and resume

与申请材料规定的，应为申请机构核发《广播电视节目制作经营许可证》；对不批准的，应向申请机构书面说明不予批准的理由。省级广播电视行政部门应在做出批准或不批准决定之日起的一周内，将审批情况报广电总局备案。《广播电视节目制作经营许可证》由广电总局统一印制。有效期为两年。
