自查报告、自查信息表、整改报告等不得晚于2025年2月28日前提交。也就是说还有1个月。协会表示，如果未能在2025年2月28日前按

提交自查信息，将会被协会纳入异常经营程序处理。at the same time，相关整改完成时限不得晚于2025年6月30日。
截至2025年底，私募基金的总规模达到12.8万亿元，已登记私募基金管理人24448家，管理私募基金74642只。Industry insiders believe，新年协会组织首次自查，加强私募行业自律检查，有利于引导私募基金行业的健康发展。
私募基金管理人登记备案需满足以下基本条件
- 在中国境内合法注册管理人公司，可以选择有限公司或有限合伙；
- 注册资本1000万或以上，实缴25%以上到位
- 委托律所出具登记法律意见书，需要提前准备；
- 有至少3名具有3年以上的相关从业经验的高管，高管中必须有风控负责人
- 高管履历必须真实，基金业协会会不定期抽查及约谈高管
- 高管人员必须有相关从业资质及本科以上学历证明
- 企业必须有完善的风控、内控、人员交易、信息披露等制度
