小额贷款公司设立条件及股东要求

关于公司股东构成条件小额贷款公司的股东需符合法定人数规定。A limited liability company should be established with capital contributions of less than 50 shareholders；股份有限公司应有2―200名发起人，其中须有半数以上的发起人在中国境内有固定住所。

小额贷款公司主发起人（或最大股东）需具备以下条件：

2. 具有完善的公司治理机制；

如果主发起人（或最大股东）有2个以上均需具备上述条件。设立小额贷款公司应符合条件：
