Require
：(one)控股或相对控股投资者应该为企业法人或其他社会经济组织。(two)至少拥有一个投资者或其关联实体具有从事保理业务或相关行业的业绩和经验。本办法所称关联实体是指该投资者控制的某一实体、or an entity that controls the investor、or another entity that is under common control with the investor。
