Registration process

1、核名 时间：1-3个工作日 操作：Determine company type、name、Registered capital、After shareholders and capital contribution ratio，可以去工商局现场或线上提交核名申请。 result：Passed the verification，失败则需重新核名。 2、交资料 时间：5-15个工作日 核名通过后，确认地址信息、Executive information、Business scope，Submit your pre-application online。

在线预审通过之后，按照预约时间去工商局递交申请材料。 result：Received notification of approval of establishment registration。 3、取证 时间：预约当天 操作：Bring the notification of approval of establishment registration、办理人身份证原件，Go to the Industrial and Commercial Bureau to get your business license、copy。 result：Get a business license。

所需要的资料 1、填写工商注册登记表——注意：联系电话的先后顺序） 2、Corporation、shareholder、监事的身份证原件——注意：身份证不能过期、法院和监事不能因为之间的业务上工商黑名单） 3、Registered address，必须是商用地址或者是商住两用的地址——注意：提前准备房产证3套复印件（租房合同、Certificate of Property、房东的身份证复印件） 特别事项 1、Business scope。
