4. "Enterprise Legal Person Business License" issued by the industrial and commercial department and a copy of it;
5. A copy of the "Auction Operation Approval Certificate" issued by the Commerce Department;
6. 1000Copy of capital verification report for registered capital of more than RMB 10,000;
7. Copy of ID card of the legal representative and natural person of the shareholder，A copy of the "Enterprise Legal Person Business License" of the shareholder company;
8. Copies of the professional title certificates of more than five cultural relics auction professionals who have obtained senior cultural relics and museum professional and technical positions(The official seal of the HR department of the original unit must be affixed.)、Copy of retirement certificate、Copy of employment contract、The cultural relics auction professional is not a national official issued by the provincial cultural relics administrative department where the professional is located.、Province、Municipal Cultural Relics Appraisal Association(Group、stand)Members and non-participating heritage store sales、Review of cultural relics auction targets、Certification from cultural relics entry and exit review personnel;
