「文网文」网络文化经营许可证的申请条件有哪些？

根据《互联网信息服务管理办法》及《互联网文化管理暂行规定》中规定，申请办理（文网文）网络文化经营许可证条件和流程分别如下：申请单位的名称、Business premises、Organizational structure and charter；互联网文化活动范围；且拥有互联网文化活动需要并取得相应从业资格的8名以上业务管理人员以及技术人员；注册资金再100万以上；而且如果申请网络游戏上网运营、Issuance of online game virtual currency and online game virtual currency trading services and other online game business contents，
