「文网文」网络文化经营许可证的申请条件有哪些？

根据《互联网信息服务管理办法》及《互联网文化管理暂行规定》中规定，申请办理（文网文）网络文化经营许可证条件和流程分别如下：申请单位的名称、经营场所、组织机构和章程；互联网文化活动范围；且拥有互联网文化活动需要并取得相应从业资格的8名以上业务管理人员以及技术人员；注册资金再100万以上；而且如果申请网络游戏上网运营、网络游戏虚拟货币发行以及网络游戏虚拟货币交易服务等网络游戏经营内容的，
