FV license plate：申办条件 注册资本5000万元以上、Annual sales exceed 50 million yuan、资产总额5000万元以上国有企业、collective enterprise、private enterprise，Or have invested more than HK$10 million in Hong Kong，并已在广东省商务厅办理核准手续国有企业、collective enterprise、private enterprise，可以申请1辆内出港商务车。 内商务车出港澳行驶牌证不予增办。
In view of the fact that foreign-invested enterprises、“三来一补”企业已享受办理港澳私人汽车入出内行驶牌证政策，不予办理内商务车出香港行驶牌证。also，已办理出港公务车企业不再办理内商务车出香港行驶牌证。 内资出港商务车应使用车长于6米、乘座人数于或等于8人（含驾驶人座位）型客车。
FV（内地企业往香港） 港珠澳口岸粤港车牌： Category 1：境外到我省投资企业（含港澳台区和外国公司及境外投资者） 对到我省投资境外投资企业（个人），Regardless of the amount of investment，省内企业3年内（含申办当年）纳税额累计达到10万元人民币以上者就可以申办1辆通行港珠澳桥口岸商务车辆指标；纳税50万元人民币以上，Can apply for 2nd vehicle；100万元人民币以上可申办第3辆。
