one、涉及下列经营项目的企业需要办理该许可证

1. 音乐美术娱乐产品（音乐网站、手机音乐网站、APP音乐）；网络音乐活动是指网络音乐娱乐产品的制作、copy、import、issued、播放等活动以及通过互联网、移动通信网等信息网络提供网络音乐娱乐产品的在线浏览、appreciate、使用或者下载服务。
