Registration process
：1、查名（名称无重复的情况下5个工作日）；2、Submit to the Foreign Investment Committee to apply for an approval certificate (about 20 working days if all materials are complete)；3、Submit to the Industrial and Commercial Bureau to apply for a business license (about 10 working days if all materials are complete)；4、Apply for organization code certificate (2 working days)；5、Apply for a tax registration certificate from the tax bureau (15-20 working days)；6、Apply for a statistical certificate (about 7 working days)；7、Apply for a financial registration certificate (about 7 working days)。
