私募监管再升级：新版产品备案严禁信贷类业务

绕近13万亿私募市场的自律监管框架搭建还在持续。Securities Investment Fund Association of China(下称“中基协”)会长洪磊在上海国际股权投资论坛上表示，在日前更新发布私募机构登记须知的基础上，还将发布新版的私募产品备案的须知。

“基础资产应完成债权转让登记，要向投资者披露债权底层资产的债务人、项目情况、剩余债务期限、到期收益分配、deal structure、特殊风险状况等信息，严禁从事类信贷业务。”洪磊表示。

in fact，此前部分私募机构通过发行含预期收益率产品，在资产端进行收益权等非标资产投资，继而实现“类信托”功能，但在资管新规下，该类产品受到的限制也越来越大。　　值得一提的是，针对私募机构的尽职调查指引也有望诞生。
