：私募基金管理人应当向中国基金业协会履行基金管理人登记手续并申请成为基金业协会会员；私募基金管理人应当在私募基金募集完毕后20个工作日内，通过私募基金登记备案系统进行备案，并根据私募基金的主要投资方向注明基金类别司型基金自聘管理团队管理基金资产的，该公司型基金在作为基金履行备案手续同时，还需作为基金管理人履行登记手续。
申请过程中需要准备的材料：营业执照副本；税务副本；组代副本：法人电子版；股东信息；所有高管人员一寸照片（蓝、白底）；验资报告；资质负责表、利润表；有项目的出示项目计划书；提供高管人员18岁以后的个人简历，高管必须具有证券从业资格证的人。
