three、重申私募基金登记备案工作

根据《证券投资基金法》和《私募投资基金监督管理暂行办法》，各类私募基金管理人在开展私募投资基金业务前，应当在基金业协会完成私募基金管理人登记手续；各类私募基金募集完毕后应当向基金业协会履行备案手续。
未履行登记备案义务的，按照《私募投资基金监督管理暂行办法》第三十八条处理。正在申请管理人登记和基金备案的机构应确保填报信息及更新信息的及时、reality、precise、whole，报送其正在运作的所有私募基金情况，并根据基金业协会
