Application conditions
(成立私募基金的条件)1.根据《证券投资基金法》规定，基金管理人由依法设立的公司或者合伙企业担任。自然人不能登记为私募基金管理人。2.注册资金要1000万以上。3.至少有三名高级管理人员具备私募基金从业资格。
具备以下条件之一的，可以认定为具有私募基金从业资格：通过基金业协会组织的私募基金从业资格考试;最近三年从事投资管理相关业务;基金业协会认定的其他情形。4.申请机构具备满足业务运营需要的场所、设施和基本管理制度。
