New food business license，变更食品经营许可证主体业态或经营项目，remodel、扩建食品经营场所，首先提出现场验收申请，现场验收通过后，凭现场验收核查意见和其它申请材料在意见出具之日起20个工作日内申请办理食品经营许可证，逾期须重新申请现场验收。

仅申请预包装食品销售（含冷藏冷冻食品、不含冷藏冷冻食品）、网络食品销售、食品自动售货销售，可免于申请现场验收，直接申请办理食品经营许可证。
