1、填写《企业名称预先核准申请书》，递交核名申请； 2、Receive the "Notice of Pre-Approval of Enterprise Name"，这说明公司名字是定下来了； 3、Prepare pre-review materials，网上递交，网上预审通过以后，工商柜台递交预审材料； 4、工商出具回执单，就算预审材料没问题了，等待最终审核，印制营业执照； 5、Get a business license； 6、带着营业执照原件去刻章，一般是公司三章（法人章、Company seal、财务章），多的还会刻公司合同专用章、Special stamp for invoice； 7、带着营业执照原件以及盖章去银行开设公司基本户， Receive an account opening license； 8、法人及公司财务人员带着身份证原件以及公司营业执照原件和公章去税务局核税（核定税种）。
two、生物科技公司注册所需准备材料 1、Company Name，公司字号越多越好（特别是在深圳，听我的没错），并且尽量取一些偏僻字，不常见的字眼； 2、Company business scope； 3、Corporate legal person、股东及监事身份信息； 4、Company registered capital； 5、公司注册地址（大部分城市必须得是商业用地）的租赁合同以及房产信息； 6、"Application Form for Preliminary Approval of Enterprise Name"； 7、Articles of Association； 8、公司股东会决议（法人独资时交股东会决定）。

提一下注册资金和经营范围，注册资金现在绝大部分行业都是认缴制了，所谓认缴制，即注册资金不需要实到，No capital verification report is required；而公司经营范围，需要根据自己以后会涉及到的具体经营项目来定，也可以直接网上搜索与自己公司相似的同行，参考其经营范围。
