Port communication拍卖企业经营文物拍卖必须取得所在地的省、autonomous region、直辖市人民政府文物主管部门颁发的文物拍卖许可证，根据国家文物局2025年10月10日新公布的《文物拍卖管理办法》：不再规定文物拍卖经营资质分类管理，不再区分、two、Category III Cultural Relics Auction Business Scope，Cultural relics auction companies can auction cultural relics in all categories。
放开互联网文物拍卖经营限制，不再对互联网文物拍卖资质进行专门审批，所有取得文物拍卖许可证的拍卖企业均可从事互联网文物拍卖活动。
办理文物拍卖许可证
Application conditions
- 持有效《拍卖经营批准证书》;
- 持有效《企业法人营业执照》;
- 有1000(实缴资金出具验资报告)万元人民币以上注册资本，Non-Sino-foreign joint venture、Sino-foreign cooperation、Wholly foreign-owned enterprise;
- Have more than 5 cultural relics auction professionals;
- 有必要的场所、Facilities and technical conditions;
- 近两年内无违法违规经营文物行为; 办理文物拍卖许可证所需材料
- Auction business approval certificate;
- Cultural Relics Auction License Application Form;
- Enterprise legal person business license;
- 1000万元人民币以上注册资金的验资报告;
- Articles of Association;
- 五名以上取得文物博物专业技术职务的文物拍卖专业人员职称证、退休证(The official seal of the HR department of the original unit must be affixed.)、employment contract、The cultural relics auction professional is not a national official issued by the provincial cultural relics administrative department where the professional is located.、Province、Municipal Cultural Relics Appraisal Association(Group、stand)Members and non-participating heritage store sales、Review of cultural relics auction targets、文物出入境审核人员的证明或通过国家文物局专业人员资格考试的人员身份证、employment contract、离职证明、专业证书。
