Port communication拍卖企业经营文物拍卖必须取得所在地的省、autonomous region、直辖市人民政府文物主管部门颁发的文物拍卖许可证，根据国家文物局2025年10月10日新公布的《文物拍卖管理办法》：不再规定文物拍卖经营资质分类管理，不再区分、two、三类文物拍卖经营范围，文物拍卖企业可以全门类拍卖文物。
放开互联网文物拍卖经营限制，不再对互联网文物拍卖资质进行专门审批，所有取得文物拍卖许可证的拍卖企业均可从事互联网文物拍卖活动。
办理文物拍卖许可证
Application conditions
- 持有效《拍卖经营批准证书》;
- 持有效《企业法人营业执照》;
- 有1000(实缴资金出具验资报告)万元人民币以上注册资本，非中外合资、中外合作、外商独资企业;
- 有5名以上文物拍卖专业人员;
- 有必要的场所、设施和技术条件;
- 近两年内无违法违规经营文物行为; 办理文物拍卖许可证所需材料
- 拍卖经营批准证书;
- 文物拍卖许可证申请表;
- 企业法人营业执照;
- 1000万元人民币以上注册资金的验资报告;
- Articles of Association;
- 五名以上取得文物博物专业技术职务的文物拍卖专业人员职称证、退休证(须加盖原单位人事部门公章)、聘用合同、专业人员所在地省级文物行政部门出具的该文物拍卖专业人员非国家、省、市级文物鉴定会(组、站)委员及非参与文物商店销售、文物拍卖标的审核、文物出入境审核人员的证明或通过国家文物局专业人员资格考试的人员身份证、聘用合同、离职证明、专业证书。
