办理危化品经营许可请 一、危险化学品生产、储存企业，The following conditions must be met：

two、申报材料 申请危险化学品经营许可证应提交材料根据申请类别各有不同，具体说明详见下文。 申请单位还应上传承诺书。承诺书应由法人代表或负责人签名并盖单位公章。换证单位承诺书中还应含台账表格，按危险化学品名注明三年经营量。
