2025年11月9日，深圳市人民政府金融发展服务办公室发布关于开展2025年度融资租赁企业合规经营现场检查的通知，通知内容显示：检查对象包括：注册在我市范围内的融资租赁企业。检查范围包括：公司治理情况、内部管理情况、业务管理情况、财务管理情况、企业经营情况、其他有关风险情况等。
而投顾近期在市金融办发现，全国各地均已陆续挂牌的地方金融监管局在深圳市也已经成立这类机构。按照相关指示文件，地方金融监管局的主要职能是将融资租赁、commercial factoring、pawn shop、Financing guarantee company、小额贷款公司纳入监管体系内。
