记者从会上获悉，at present，前海有四项税收优惠政策可落实实行，而包括融资租赁企业和电子商务方面的税收政策还在继续研究探索。深圳市地税局局长钱勇向与会嘉宾介绍了深圳市地税部门在参与当前前海财税政策研究中的工作情况，对前海的税制创新方向作了简要的分析。

钱勇指出，对前海未来重点发展的四大产业以及四大产业高端人才所需要的税收政策要进行研究。also，除了税收优惠，如果有相关的税收返还、财政补贴、人才奖励等方面的优惠配套，将对前海吸引现代服务业发展起到更好的作用。

据深圳市地税局法规处的相关介绍，at present，前海已经明确了四项税收优惠政策，还有两项税收政策在研究探索。一是融资租赁企业的税收政策，条件具备时，可在前海试点;also，前海还将结合国家电子商务示范城市建设的优惠政策，探索鼓励电子商务发展的财税政策。
