《补贴办法》规定“办公用房是指位于前海合作区范围内已完成建设工程竣工验收备案、房屋用途为办公的物业”。商务公寓、房屋用途为商业的物业、产权属于政府或前海管理局的物业不纳入补贴范围。two、补贴对象与基本条件。
