这些措施，进一步整合了粤港澳大湾区的物流资源，推动前海国际货物集散地建设，降成本提效率，促进了跨境贸易便利化。

该模式下，企业可在前海实现全球揽货、中转分拨、进出口集拼等一站式业务。一方面企业可依托西部港区每周160班次海运集装箱航线，将全球各地进口、中转货物拼装运抵前海湾保税港区，在区内按照货物流向、商业安排进行分拨和重新拼箱，大大提高企业全球揽货的便利度。
