深圳前海公司地址托管新办流程业务办理入口及所需材料指引

前海新注册企业需要将地址挂靠在前海商秘公司的，在办理住所托管业务时需要提交深圳市内的不动产权证或租赁凭证作为实际经营地址证明材料。

2）深圳市内的实际经营场所证明文件复印件（验原件）。可提供拟成立企业法定代表人或股东的场地证明文件。拟成立企业由法人股东控股的，可提交该股东控股其他公司的场地证明文件。

1. 深圳市自有房产需提供房产证复印件。
2. 租赁房屋上传在有效期内的深圳市各区属房屋租赁管理机构出具的租赁凭证。

3）法定代表人、股东身份证明文件（股东为自然人提交身份证，股东为公司提交营业执照复印件加盖公章）及经办人身份证复印件。

Note：港澳台自然人可提交身份证或者回乡证，国外自然人提交护照；港资股东公司提交公证书中商业登记证及公司注册证书（加盖公章及有权签署人签字），澳资股东公司提交公证书中商业登记证明（加盖公章及有权签署人签字），台资股东公司提交广东省公证协会及公司登记表（加盖公章及有权签署人签字），外资股东公司提交公司注册证书, 大使馆认证证明、翻译件（公司注册证书上加盖公章及有权签署人签字，如无公章则有权签署人签字即可）。
