Application conditions
- 有一百万元人民币以上的注册资本，经营文物拍卖的应当有1000万人民币以上的注册资本;
- 有使用面积不少于150平方米(含150平方米)的自有或租赁期一年以上固定办公场所;
- 有3名以上取得拍卖业从业资格的人员，其中至少有2名是拍卖师;并有3名以上与主营业务密切联系的行业(如房地产、二手车鉴定评估、资产评估、产权经纪)从业资格的专职或兼职人员; 深圳拍卖行申请必须要用到的资料
- 工商行政管理机关核发的企业名称预先核准通知书
- 股东承诺书，承诺三年内不转让股权(Original，签名盖章)
- Articles of Association(Original);
- 会计师事务所出具的验资报告(Original)和股东注册资本银行进帐单复印件(核对原件);
- 固定办公场所产权证明或租赁期1年以上的租赁合同复印件1份(核对原件);
- 经中国拍卖行业协会核准备案的拟聘任拍卖师的拍卖师变更注册单位审批表、拍卖师执业资格证书、拍卖师执业注册记录复印件(核对原件);
- 拟聘任的从业人员的资格证书复印件(核对原件);
- 业股东的营业执照正、副本(a copy)，自然人股东的简历、有效身份证明复印件及当地公安机关出具的无故意犯罪记录证明原件;
- 拟任法定代表人简历和当地公安机关出具的无故意犯罪记录证明原件和有效身份证明复印件(核对原件);
