2)If two companies have the same website，You cannot apply for an ICP license at the same time,只能以注册域名的公司名义申请。3)If a company has multiple websites，Just apply for a license，But each website must issue a document。4)The ICP business license must be applied for at the Communications Administration Bureau where the registered company is located.。
If the company is located in Shenzhen，The server is in another location，Need to apply for ICP business license in Shenzhen，Then go to the server location to register。5)After the ICP license is successfully applied for，Need to go to the industrial and commercial department to apply for additional items，Then go to Hongdun 315 for registration。6)If the company domain name、公司名称或注册公司资金变更，Change notification required，If other daily information(Such as company phone number, etc.)change，Can be changed during annual inspection。
7)Sino-foreign joint venture(Major shareholders are foreigners，Occupies 51% of the company's shares)Cannot apply for ICP certificate，Sino-foreign joint ventures or wholly foreign-owned enterprises are not allowed。
