2. 企业名称冠“中国”“中华”、"Nationwide"、"nation"、"International" and other words、或者在名称中间使用“中国”、"China"、“全国”“国家”等字样的、或名称不含行政区划的，需符合名称登记管理的有关规定;

4. 名称还须符合国家其他有关规定。
5. 名称冠“广东”的公司，须符合《广东省企业冠省名登记管理办法》的规定;
6. 所用商号不得与其它已核准或注册的相同行业或无标明行业的企业名称中的字号(Trade name)same，Except those with investment relationships;
7. The business name must not contain the name of another business。
