- 受理接件人员核验申请材料，当场作出受理决定。申请人符合申请资格，并材料齐全、格式规范、符合法定形式的，予以受理，出具受理通知书；申请人不符合申请资格或材料无法补齐、不符合受理条件的，接件人员不予受理，出具《不予受理通知书》。

但可以当场更正的，退回当场更正后予以受理；申请人材料不齐的，可出具《材料补正通知书》。3、审查受理后，审查人员对材料进行审查，组织实地勘察，出具现场核查表，并作出初步审查结论；决定人员审查完所有材料后作出审查决定。
符合审批条件的，予以通过，出具《劳务派遣经营许可证》；不予通过的，出具《不予行政许可决定书》。4、领取结果申请人到市行政服务中心B区市人力资源和社会保障局业务窗口领取《劳务派遣经营许可证》或《不予行政许可决定书》。
