深圳公司营业执照被吊销后如何办理注销业务

如果公司没有继续经营，不去注销。那么在一定年限之后相关部门就会依法进行吊销，当公司出现营业执照被吊销后并不是公司就不存在了，吊销不等于注销。So，公司执照吊销补办注销该如何办理?first，要在市级以上的报纸上刊登注销公告，申明公司要办理注销，不再经营。

同时公司要成立清算小组，对其内部债权债务、taxes、职工工资等情况进行清算，并出具清算报告。清算小组成员要到所在地工商管理部门进行登记备案手续。Next，就可以依此办理国地税、工商和代码证的注销手续了。其中工商注销一定要在刊登注销公告45个工作日之后方可进行。

1. 《企业注销登记申请书》，注销原因注明“因未参加年检依法被吊销营业执照，申请办理注销登记。申请解除法定代表人×××的警示限制”；
2. Shareholders' meeting resolution or decision；
3. 法定验资、审计机构出具清算审计报告。

报告中应载明下列事项：(1)debt、债务已清理完毕；(2)各项税款、职工工资已经结清；(3)已经在хх报纸上发布注销公告(The newspaper should be a publicly circulated newspaper)；
