《秘果》上线3天纯VIP点击量已经突破1亿，享有极高的市场关注度及市场价值。在《秘果》热播期内，被告未经原告授权在其运营的花椒直播平台上传播涉案作品。原告先后6次发送邮件告知被告涉案作品权利归属及上线情况，被告依然未对侵权作品作下线处理。
故起诉请求法院判令被告停止在花椒直播提供涉案作品的点播服务并赔偿原告经济损失及合理
