Require
- 股权构架：不得少于2个法人企业股东，Legal person shares should be relatively controlled，The total shareholding ratio of legal person shareholders accounts for more than 1/2 of all shares，Or the largest shareholder is a legal person shareholder and the shareholding ratio accounts for more than 1/3 of all shares.；A single natural person cannot be the controlling shareholder。
- 严格审核法人股东是否具备以货币出资形式履行出资承诺的能力。法人股东应在商务主管部门指定的若干家规模较大、信誉较好的会计师事务所中选择审计单位，Issue audit report；应有缴纳营业税和所得税记录。
- 自然人股东应为居住在中华人民共和国境内年满18岁以上有民事行为能力的中国公民，No criminal record，Good credit，具备相应的出资实力。
- 出资人应出具承诺书，承诺自觉遵守典当行业相关法律法规，Comply with the company's articles of association，Strengthen supervision and management，不从事非法金融活动，保证入股资金来源合法，不以他人资金入股。
- 优先发展经营规范、Strong strength、资本充足、Good credit、具备持续盈利能力的法人企业设立典当企业。
- 有对外投资的法人股东企业，其净资产不低于资产总额的50%。同时应承诺如实申报长期股权投资，权益性投资不得高于净资产的50%。(seven)典当行的法人股东企业不能是外资企业。上市公司可作为法人股东入股典当行。

- 经营场所提供租赁合同，Lease certificate，承租时间不得低于3年。
