办学许可证师资

(1)headmaster：必须具有中华人民共和国国籍，在中国境内定居的公民担任，并具备大专以上学历和教师资格证书，具有3年以上教育教学经验，有一定的组织管理能力，年龄不超过68岁(专职);(2)teacher：有一定数量与培训内容和办学规模相适应的熟悉教学业务的专兼职教师。
教师应当具有教师资格或达到相应任职条件，不得聘用公办在职教师在工作日内兼职、兼课。不得招聘与其他民办学校尚未解除或终止聘用合同的教职工。
