前海企业办理住所托管（续签）业务时，须提供深圳市内红本地址租赁凭证作为地址证+明材料，方可办理住所托管业务。

部分托管企业因在深圳无法提供地址租赁凭证，又想节省成本，选择了一些不合规的中介机构提供虚假的证+明材料，以此想蒙混过关，殊不知这种想法只能是自欺欺人。据前海商秘公布的信息显示，自新政实施以来，已有数十家企业因为提供虚假地址证+明而被列入了经营异常名单。
