Process
:

取得就业证和居留许可,外国人才可以合法的在中国就业,合法纳税,否则属于违法就业。就业证和居留许可证在来年到期前一个月到相关部门办理延期手续即可。以上程序不能打乱,必须按顺序来,因为后面的必须要办理前面的文件才可以。
