1. Applicant conditions：境内依法设立的企业、Public institutions
2. Have or meet the following conditions，Approved for filing：Complete application materials、truthfully and completely，comply with legal form。
3. Overseas Investment Registration Form
4. Copy of enterprise business license；
5.
