1. 营业执照

1. 申请人条件：境内依法设立的企业、事业单位
2. 具备或符合以下条件的，准予备案：申请材料齐全、如实完整，符合法定形式。
3. 境外投资备案表
4. 企业营业执照复印件；
5. 有关补充材料（① 对外投资设立企业或并购的相关章程 (contract、协议) ② 相关的董事会决议 或出资决议 ③ 经审计的财务报表④ 前期工作落实情况说明 (include：尽职调研、可研报告、投资资金来源情况的说明、投资环境分析评价等)我方准备
