申请危化品经营许可证需要什么条件 《危险化学品经营许可证管理办法》经2012年5月21日国家安全生产监督管理总局局长办公会议审议通过，2012年7月17日国家安全生产监督管理总局令第55号公布。

该《办法》分总则、申请经营许可证的条件、经营许可证的申请与颁发、经营许可证的监督管理、legal liability、附则6章40条，自2012年9月1日起施行。原国家经济贸易委员会2002年10月8日公布的《危险化学品经营许可证管理办法》予以废止。

申请经营许可证的条件 第六条从事危险化学品经营的单位（以下统称申请人）应当依法登记注册为企业，And meet the following basic conditions：

Require

；

1. Full-time safety production management personnel must have a secondary vocational education degree or above in national education in chemical engineering or safety engineering.，Or intermediate professional technical title or above in chemical industry and chemistry，Or registered safety engineer qualification in dangerous goods safety category；
2. Comply with the "Regulations on the Safety Management of Hazardous Chemicals"、"Interim Provisions on the Supervision and Management of Major Hazardous Sources of Hazardous Chemicals"、《常用危险化学品贮存通则》（GB15603）的相关规定。

申请人储存易燃、Explosive、poisonous、易扩散危险化学品的，除符合本条第一款规定的条件外，还应当符合《石油化工可燃气体和有毒气体检测报警设计规范》（GB50493）的规定。
