;(Four)Full-time safety production management personnel must have a secondary vocational education degree or above in national education in chemical engineering or safety engineering.，Or intermediate professional technical title or above in chemical industry and chemistry，Or registered safety engineer qualification in dangerous goods safety category;(five)Comply with the "Regulations on the Safety Management of Hazardous Chemicals"、"Interim Provisions on the Supervision and Management of Major Hazardous Sources of Hazardous Chemicals"、《常用危险化学品贮存通则》(GB15603)的相关规定。
申请人储存易燃、Explosive、poisonous、易扩散危险化学品的，除符合本条第一款规定的条件外，还应当符合《石油化工可燃气体和有毒气体检测报警设计规范》(GB50493)regulations。
