对上述申请材料进行预审，预审通过后将申请材料和预审意见 报市金融办。市金融办征求市联席会议有关成员单位意见后认为符合有关规定

融资性担保公司自取得经营许可证之日起3个月内，无正当理由未向工商部门办理注册登记手续的，市金融办出 具的原批准发的原经营许可证自动失效。区县主管部门和市金融办对申请人具体审批时限，应当符合《》有关规定。

2. 外省市注册设立的融资性担保公司拟在本市设立分支机构的，应当征得融资性担保公司所在地省级监管部门同 意，报经拟设立分支机构所在区县预审，并经市金融办审查批准。设立分支机构具体申办流程，参照本试行办法设立公司的相关规定。
