商务公寓房屋用途为商业的物业产权属于政府或前海管理局的物业不纳入补贴范围

  1. 补贴对象与基本条件补贴对象分为承租单位与产权单位●承租单位需要具备的基本条件

  6. 自持的办公物业建筑面积不少于25000平方米

  4. 监督管理办法规定获得补贴的办公用房仅限承租单位自用严禁转租分租并设置了终止补贴条件和相应的罚则
