增值电信业务许可证（ISP）年检时有哪些步骤呢？
- 增值电信业务经营许可证年检系统开启，持证单位可从网上提交年检材料；
- 年检系统正常提交年检材料通道关闭，同时开启整改通道，此时间点前未提交年检材料的列入整改范畴。
- 年检系统整改通道关闭，不再接收任何年检材料和年检整改材料。
- 年检印章封存，不再为任何企业办理盖章手续，因企业自身原因未盖章的，按增值电信业务经营许可证未参检处理。 不参加河北ISP证年检有什么后果？ 对办理ISP证年检材料不齐备的，将不予盖章；发现违规问题的，同时给予年检整改处理。
年检工作结束后办理机构将封存印章，不再为任何企业办理盖章手续，因企业自身原因未盖章的，按未该ISP证参检处。
